You may receive your sales and service surveys through postal
mail or through email. As always, please check "COMPLETELY SATISFIED" for all your answers.
Please remember when filling out your sales or service survey, please rate us as a dealer, not as GM or the new vehicle.
This survey is used as a management tool to refine our operations, so your written comments are always welcome.
Lastly, we feel that it is important that you know that the
factory scores us using this survey. While the information you
provide in this survey is vitally important to us to better
serve you, GM rates us on one question.
For Sales it is question #14 (“Based on your overall purchase/lease and delivery experience, how satisfied are you with Superior Motors?”)
For Service it is question #16 ("Based on this service visit, overall, how satisfied are you with Superior Motors?”)
This is the question that determines our rank with GM. Though
there are five possible ratings, anything rating less than “Completely Satisfied” is scored as a zero by GM.
If you feel you can not rate us as “Completely Satisfied”, please contact our sales or service manager with your concerns.
